About Us
Real estate brokers specializing in wildlife, fishing and ranch developments in
Steamboat Springs, a ski resort and ranching town in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
Located in Northwest Colorado, Steamboat is a no-glitz, tell it how
it is, down to earth, family community that just happens to have a world-class ski
resort. Brent and Robin Romick opened their real estate firm, Romick & Associates,
Inc., in 1981. As natives of this western ski town with ranching and skiing
backgrounds, a career in property sales and development seemed natural.
As time progressed so did their interest in rural and ranch developments
and sales. Their latest passion is the development of rural acreage and ranches that
are ecosensitive; a blending of ranching, wildlife, fish, riparian habitat, forests,
meadows, ponds, streams, and the human element.
Along with the Romicks, Joan Shenfield, Broker Associate for Romick &
Associates, Inc., having been a resident in Colorado for over 20 years and an avid
outdoor enthusiast, shares her devotion to sensitive rural developments that preserve
and enhance the natural wonders of what Colorado has to offer.
In addition to sales and marketing of the Romick Signature Developments, Joan would enjoy an opportunity
to acquaint clients to the amenities offered and lifestyle found in Steamboat Springs
together with the wide array of property and housing options available both in town
and in the country.
Bo & Susan Stempel round out the Romick team providing a strong understanding of small ranches and in town properties. Avid skiers, both Sue and Bo were raised with the outdoors as their playground, fostering an appreciation, understanding and love for the land.
They work diligently to help their clients find either in-town residences or ranch land that will give them the feel of home every time they turn up the driveway. "We are proud of the land stewardship that Romick Signature Developments applies to the unspoiled valleys that surround Steamboat." Give us a call, We'll help you find a "Place to Hang Your Hat".
